Tres founded Roeder Consulting in 2001. A former consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, Tres has worked with more than forty organizations including eight Fortune 500 companies and three FTSE 100 firms. He is the author of two Amazon best-selling books A Sixth Sense for Project Management® and Managing Project Stakeholders®. Former Vice Mayor of Shaker Heights, OH, he championed a transformational project to design and launch the area’s first-ever Mental Health Response Team. It is now serves as a national model for community mental health support. He holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management with majors in Finance, Strategy and Marketing.
