  • I help my organization design and maintain its overall project management (or agile) ecosystem, which includes processes, artifacts, systems, and HR policies.
  • I am ready to contribute my ideas and learn from others.

  • I understand the group has a code of conduct, including:
    • Confidentiality of deep dive discussions
    • Strict policy prohibiting use of the group for business development purposes
    • Expected contribution of at least 30 hours/year to group meetings and online discussions
  • I understand the recruitment process includes:
    • An interview with Roeder Consulting
    • If I advance, a meeting with current group members where I can experience the group
    • Approval of my application by current members
  • I understand there is a $975 quarterly fee. (note: You do not need to have funding secured prior to consideration. Discounts are available for government/not for profit/self-employed).
