DESCRIPTION:
The Executive Assistant is a key member of our team. We are a small, growing business looking for enthusiastic individuals. In this key position, you will report directly to the company President. This role is part-time (20-25 hours/week) with flexible hours. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organize logistics (travel, food, contractors, etc.) for classroom training events
• Primary liaison with training partners and students
• Complete expense reports and various other documents
• Assist in maintaining several company databases
• Answer telephone calls and emails
• Manage external vendors
• Lead website and marketing programs

SKILLS:
• Self-motivator
• Outstanding customer service, communication and team skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

LOCATION:
Pepper Pike, Ohio (our corporate headquarters)

EDUCATION:
4 year degree preferred
