During the first and second quarters of 2016, Roeder Consulting partnered in an exciting, collaborative change management effort with KeyBank. We worked side by side with Key's executives and team members to help ensure a smooth and effective launch of their new online banking platform. This new technology had a major impact on both KeyBank employees, and the more than 900,000 personal and business banking clients who ulitize online banking.
Roeder Consulting's role was to ascertain the specific issues and concerns of each stakeholder group, and plan how to address those targeted needs prior to, during, and after the technology rollout. The new platform has met with great success, and we're proud of our contribution to this innovative project.
